The two existing warehouse buildings will be renovated with a small addition to house a new 200 seat restaurant and bar.
The new restaurant will serve wood-fired pizza, antipasti, Stumptown Coffee, signature cocktails, and other libations provided by Hot Satellite, the mobile and catering arm of the newly formed Lot 6 Hospitality Group, comprising Eddie Diaz, formerly of Roberta's in Bushwick, and Brian Best and Rick Dacey, formerly of Los Angeles' Hatfield's.
